We believe in earning your business every month. This policy outlines clearly when and how refunds apply.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time with 14 days notice via WhatsApp. There are no penalties and no exit fees. Services continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. When refunds may apply
Refunds are considered when:
- Service was not delivered as agreed within the specified timeframe,
- a billing error occurred, or
- payment was made for a service not yet commenced.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge via WhatsApp at +91 93568 08430. We respond within 48 hours and resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
